Purification and Sterilization Process 

R & B Water Store Purification and Sterilizing Process is different than most suppliers, primarily due to extensive filtration and sterilization of our bottles and water.

 

The Sterilization process is procedure that cleans your bottle inside and out, and in addition, disinfects the cap for the 5-gallon bottle. First, we send it through the commercial 5 gallons sterilizer machine, which covers the bottle with bleach and water that comes straight from our 50-gallon bleach water tank. 

 

In turn, the commercial 5 gallons sterilizer machine utilizes the hot water from our hot water heater to disinfect the bottle inside and out.   

 

Our end product is processes through four carbon block filtration units, dual stage water softener system, commercial reverse osmosis system, a UV light to eliminate any and all bacteria to assure the purest quality water, a final set of sediment filters, and finally processes into a 1000- gallon tank that is filled into Sterilized bottles and loaded from our warehouse to your facilities.
